1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QR Ninja ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

QR Ninja is a QR code generation and management platform that allows users to create, customize, track, and manage QR codes for various purposes including marketing, business operations, and personal use.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

QR Ninja offers different subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 5 QR codes per month with basic QR types. QR codes include QR Ninja branding. No analytics tracking.
  • Basic Plan ($9/month): Unlimited QR codes, basic analytics tracking, removes QR Ninja branding, SVG and high-res downloads, priority email support.
  • Pro Plan ($19.99/month): Everything in Basic, plus full analytics and advanced reporting, dynamic QR codes, custom domains, API access, bulk generation, password-protected codes, team collaboration (2-5 users), and SLA guarantee.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create QR codes for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Engage in phishing or other deceptive practices
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Ninja and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
