QR Ninja provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. We offer both free (direct QR codes) and paid features (tracked QR codes, advanced analytics, team management).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QR Ninja to create QR codes that link to malicious content, phishing sites, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to disable QR codes that violate these terms.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create through our service. We retain ownership of the QR Ninja platform, branding, and technology. You grant us a license to host and serve your QR code content as needed to provide the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your tracked QR codes will stop redirecting.

8. Limitation of Liability

QR Ninja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
