Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Refunds apply to your first payment only (not renewal payments)
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of the initial charge

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@qr-ninja.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period (unless within 30 days of initial purchase)
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after 30 days from the initial purchase
  • Your account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • You have already received a refund for a previous subscription
  • You are requesting a partial refund for an annual subscription beyond 30 days

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
